Rule Sets allow you to add custom instructions within the chat to deliver a more personalized & customized experience.
Rule sets are designed for instances where you intend to recycle/reuse an instruction for an analysis.
Examples of rule sets would custom calculations that are specific to your business, custom filters & preferred chart colors and design.
Here's some examples of rule sets:
Custom calculations:
"When I say 'conversion rate', divide transactions by users."
The phrase 'Active users' is defined by users that logged within the last 30 days, which is the column 'Last_Usage_Date'."
"When I say 'Lead source revenue', attribute revenue to the first marketing source recorded for that user.
Custom filters:
"When I say 'High CTR ads', include ads with a click-through rate > 3%."
"When I say 'Premium products', only include products with tier = 'premium'."
Custom chart formatting:
Set the primary color to #AD48FD and the secondary color to #646266 to all charts.
Include a footnote that displays the time frame of the report.
